Job Scope
Communicate with design and various stakeholders (product, business, marketing teams, and engineers) to understand and translate requirements into high-quality educational products
Support user research through both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover opportunities that will serve our users better
Rapid prototyping to help validate design concepts with internal and external stakeholders
Oversees the Junior UI/UX Designers works

Requirements
Able to work in Surabaya
Able to communicate in English actively
Minimum 5 years of experiences as a UI/UX designer for web and mobile applications
Strong communication skills, both in cross-team collaboration (marketing, engineers, etc.) and written documentation
Expertise in core design skills including the creation of intuitive interaction prototypes, information architecture, user flows, pattern guides, etc
Expertise in core design and prototyping tools with an interest in exploring new tools and processes
Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of web and mobile technologies such as HTML/CSS, iOS, Android
