Job description for EdTech Human Resources Executive at Geniebook Pte Ltd
- Assist to develop and implement company policies, staff handbooks, working procedures, etc.
- Prepare all HR legal documents such as staff confirmation letter, labor contract, appendix to labor contract, job transfer decision, etc.
- Prepare and handle filling for staff profiles for both new joiners and leavers.
- Follow up and monitor staff probation/labor contract due date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry date required by Laws.
- Manage the personnel master data for all employees within the business units by both manual and HR system, ensure of the data accuracy
- Absence management: manage leave balance, control data on leave system. Identify system errors and liaise with HQ team in Singapore to get it fixed
- Monitoring and implementing periodic social insurance, personal income tax.
- Collect attendance record from staff on site, handle and calculate to input data on master file for payroll processing
- Manage monthly payroll process: work closely with payroll outsourcing vendor and HR team in Singapore on the payroll, ensure the accuracy and strict timeline
- Participate in planning and implementing annual salary, bonus and welfare payment.
- Liaise with line managers and country manager to ensure performance appraisal is fully collected by required timeline.
- Assist related staff benefits events like heath check-up, staff engagement events/activities
- Obtain work permits and necessary arrangement for expatriate employees required by Laws
- Exit procedure: arrange termination documents, calculate final payment for leavers, send notice of leaver and manage whole exit procedure process
- Other jobs assigned by HR Manager.
- Able to speak actively in English both written and communication.
- Able to work in Surabaya.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- At least 3 years above of experience in related position.
- Preferred candidates have experience working in multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (such us UU no. 13 tahun 2003 and UU Cipta kerja 2021), BPJS (ketenakerjaan and kesehatan), and Indonesian Tax System.
- Computer literacy & knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Familiar with the HR systems.
- Well-organized. Good time management.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Must have mindfulness and Integrity.
- Hard working, enthusiasm, loyalty, proactive.
- Ability to work autonomously with full support but independent and driven.
