I. Program Overview
The GoodNovel Internship Program is a structured trial phase for individuals with strong potential to become full-time novel editors. Interns will be entrusted with real editorial responsibilities, gain practical industry exposure, and be evaluated based on measurable performance outcomes.
Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time editorial roles.
This program is ideal for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in online novel publishing and are prepared to take on professional responsibilities from day one.
II. Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of full-time conversion)
- Location: Onsite (Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: Competitive internship allowance
