Minimal pendidikan Diploma/S1 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Videographer dan/atau Video Editor
Memiliki ketertarikan tinggi pada dunia affiliate, media sosial, dan digital marketing.
Menguasai teknik pengambilan gambar, komposisi, framing, lighting, dan audio.
Mampu mengoperasikan kamera mirrorless/DSLR, gimbal, lighting, dan peralatan pendukung produksi lainnya.
Menguasai software editing seperti Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Desktop, atau software sejenis.
Memiliki kemampuan storytelling, color correction, audio editing, serta motion graphic dasar.
Terbiasa membuat konten video untuk TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, maupun YouTube.
Kreatif, detail-oriented, mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline, serta terbuka terhadap revisi.
Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim kreatif dan menerjemahkan brief menjadi konten yang menarik serta sesuai dengan identitas brand.
Selalu mengikuti tren konten digital dan perkembangan media sosial.
Memiliki poin plus apabila menguasai desain grafis.
Wajib melampirkan portofolio/showreel hasil karya.
