Job Description:
- Edit and produce video content in a CJI (Cinematic Jump-cut) style — combining sharp cut timing, cinematic color grading, and dynamic pacing to create engaging, high-impact content.
- Leverage AI-powered editing tools (such as CapCut AI, Runway ML, or similar) to enhance the production workflow without sacrificing quality.
- Handle color grading, sound design, and audio mixing to ensure every piece of content feels polished and on-brand.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and production team to make sure the final edit aligns with the intended concept, mood, and visual direction.
- Deliver publish-ready content across multiple formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) on time and within the set deadline.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in editing, AI tools, and digital content to keep the output fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Experienced in video editing with a strong command of both CJI (Cinematic Jump-cut) style and AI-assisted editing workflows.
- Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut — including their AI features.
- Has a sharp visual eye with a solid understanding of pacing, color, and storytelling.
- Skilled in color grading and audio mixing for a clean, cinematic result.
- Has a portfolio showcasing CJI-style edits and/or AI-assisted content.
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines while staying detail-oriented and consistent in output quality.
