Job description for Editor Intern at MSBU Group

Job Description
- Mengedit video dan gambar untuk final output: corporate video, highlight event, interview, YouTube show, dan konten reel.

- Melakukan cutting, sound sync, color grading, dan basic motion graphic.

- Mengadaptasi video ke berbagai format platform (portrait, landscape, square).

- Menentukan mood, pacing, dan storytelling visual bersama producer.

- Menjaga kualitas audio & visual hingga final render.

- Mengarsipkan semua file menjadi project library yang rapi.

Requirements:

- Minimal D3/S1 Multimedia, Film, DKV, Broadcasting, atau bidang terkait.

- Menguasai minimal satu software editing (Adobe Premiere Pro diutamakan; CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, atau Final Cut menjadi nilai tambah).

- Memahami dasar editing seperti cutting, pacing, audio layering, color correction, serta basic motion graphic sederhana.

- Mampu menyesuaikan format video untuk berbagai platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

- Kreatif, detail-oriented, cepat belajar, disiplin terhadap deadline, dan terbuka terhadap feedback.

- Mampu bekerja berdasarkan brief serta kolaboratif dalam tim maupun individu.

- Memiliki portofolio (tugas kuliah/proyek pribadi/konten media sosial); pengalaman organisasi, komunitas kreatif, atau freelance menjadi nilai tambah.

- Siap membantu editing konten harian/campaign, membuat storytelling sederhana dengan pacing menarik, serta menyediakan berbagai format output (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).

- Memiliki passion di dunia visual & digital content serta mengikuti tren editing media sosial.
