RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Operations & Listing Maintenance
- Assist in updating and maintaining accurate product listings, descriptions, imagery, and pricing across all e-commerce channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, Shopify, etc.).
- Perform regular store audits to ensure product availability, correct stock display, and proper categorizations.
- Support the setup and execution of store-wide promotions, flash sales, and campaign vouchers according to the sales calendar.
Data Tracking & Basic Analytics
- Collect and log daily/weekly sales and inventory data using Google Sheets/Excel for team reporting.
- Monitor product review sections, customer feedback, and rating scores on marketplaces to help identify operational or quality issues.
- Assist in tracking key campaign metrics (traffic, conversion rate, and best-selling items).
Research & Marketing Support
- Conduct regular competitor research regarding product trends, pricing, promotional tactics, and bundle offers in the marketplace space.
- Help monitor platform-sponsored promotional opportunities and campaign themes from each marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to coordinate asset updates, order fulfillment inquiries, and cross-channel projects.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and data entries.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn marketplace backend systems and digital tools.
- Polite, honest, disciplined, and obedient to company regulations and workflow standards.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple repetitive daily tasks under direct supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Final year student or recent graduate in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with local e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Shopify) as a user or seller assistant is a strong plus.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, basic pivot tables, data organization).
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Indonesian).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail (to minimize typos and calculation errors).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to quick-changing marketplace trends.
