We are opening Ecommerce Staff position for our client, PT Adidas Indonesia. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate inventory management, and efficient platform management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Booking and Processing
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including entry, confirmation, and tracking.
- Respond promptly to order-related inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order reports for management review.
2. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to replenish inventory as needed.
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Update product listings to reflect accurate inventory status.
3. E-commerce Platform Operations
- Manage and update platform details, including product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot order management and inventory-related issues.
- Work with the marketing team to implement campaigns and sales events.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including order booking and inventory management.
- Proven experience in order book management and inventory control.
- Ability to troubleshoot platform and order-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
