Job Description
- Manage daily end-to-end marketplace operations across multiple channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Communicate and coordinate proactively with external partners and internal teams (warehouse, marketing, finance) to ensure efficient problem-solving and smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock and sales data across OMS/WMS and marketplace platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform features, and industry developments to keep the business competitive.
- Collect, process, and analyze sales data to prepare accurate daily and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, marketplace ecosystems, and customer behavior across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with OMS/WMS systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
