Job description for Ecommerce Specialist at Redknot
- Establishing & Manage TikTok Department (including store operation, livestream, and contents)
- Manage Redknot Indonesia Group Brand (e-commerce operation) with monthly target
- Manage the Team on online platform Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop and social media
- Make sales & strategic SKU forecast plan, shifting schedules
- Lead the team by monitoring stores, income profit & volume Control Replenishment stock, inventory ages, product life cycle, and turnover ratio
- Supervise & Train team to use Company ERP system
- Train the way of making Live script, product selections, and reports
- Communicate with Warehouse, product Development, finance, and platform PIC
- Assess team monthly KPI achievement
- 1 years experience in the same position
- Innovative and forward-thinking
- Ability to handle multiple products and work under tight deadlines
- Time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Familiar with digital marketing and online sales
- Ability to analyze data
- Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Database related programs
