Job description for Ecommerce Specialist at CV Mitra Karya Abadi (Genny Shoes)
Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli, or TikTok Shop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiar with various e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
- Have an interest in and basic understanding of skincare and body care products.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to build and maintain good working relationships with external parties, including marketplace representatives.
- Able to operate and manage an omnichannel system, preferably JUBELIO.
Responsibilities
1. Promotion & Marketing
- Optimize product visibility and search rankings on marketplaces.
- Manage sales performance according to advertising budgets and targets.
- Manage marketplace promotions, including store promotions, discounts, vouchers, bundling, and other promotional programs.
- Support product promotion through social media.
2. Product Management
- Manage and maintain product listings across marketplaces.
- Upload and update product photos, videos, descriptions, specifications, prices, stock, and variants.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
3. Order & Customer Management
- Monitor and follow up on order processing and deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage marketplace chats.
- Maintain good customer service and support a high store rating.
- Handle customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.
4. Finance & Administrative Support
- Prepare and maintain e-commerce reports and sales recaps.
- Perform data entry and update information in the system.
- Assist with invoicing and other e-commerce administrative tasks.
- Ensure e-commerce transaction and sales data are accurate and properly recorded.
