Job description for ecommerce ops at PT Tulandut Kreatif Nusantara
Core Responsibilities
- Store & Catalog Management: Update product listings, prices, stock availability, and descriptions across marketplaces or webshops.
- Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate with warehouses and courier partners to ensure smooth, on-time shipping and delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast replenishment needs, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Campaign & Ads Execution: Set up promotional events, seasonal discounts, and manage in-house marketplace ads.
- Data & Performance Reporting: Track daily sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Customer Service Coordination: Handle escalated issues, customer inquiries, or chat support together with the CS team
Key Skills Required
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with major e-commerce tools or platforms like Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee, or Lazada.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to read sales data, track KPIs, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Communication: Strong cross-functional coordination with marketing, finance, and logistics.
