Job description for Ecommerce Operation Specialist at PT. Kitar Technology Indonesia
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize operations across various e-commerce platforms. The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, setting up online stores, managing product listings, optimizing detail pages, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and manage stores on various e-commerce platforms
2. Edit and publish product information, ensuring accuracy and appeal
3. Optimize product detail pages to increase conversion rates
4. Analyze market trends and competitor actions to adjust sales strategies for better performance
5. Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales volume
6. Manage customer orders, logistics, and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction
7. Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and propose actionable improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields
2. At least 2 years of experience in online store operations and/or management (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.) and familiar with the operational mechanisms and platform rules
3. Strong data analysis skills and market insight
4. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, proactive and self-motivated
5. Proficient in English communication skills.
