Job description for Ecommerce Operation Intern at PT Naga Angkasa Phoenix

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily operations across e-commerce platforms.

- Monitor product listings, including pricing, product information, and content updates.

- Assist in managing order fulfillment and ensuring smooth order processing.

- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to resolve operational issues.

- Support return, refund, and after-sales processes.

- Monitor store performance and assist in maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Respond to customer reviews and support store operation improvements

- Prepare operational reports and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

- Minimum GPA 3.5 of 4.00.

- Detail-oriented and well-organized.

- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Willing to learn and take initiative
