About the Role:
PROTOFLEX is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven, and customer-oriented Ecommerce Customer Service & Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring both our domestic and international customers receive exceptional service. You will not only resolve customer inquiries but also actively drive sales through E-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, provide comprehensive product information, and resolve issues with courtesy and professionalism.
- Monitor daily orders, track shipping statuses, and manage returns and exchanges efficiently to ensure smooth transactions.
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience, proactively encouraging brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Manage E-commerce platforms via the Seller Center, ensuring product listings, chats, and orders are handled promptly.
- Assist and handle international customer inquiries seamlessly using proficient English.
- Drive sales performance by cross-selling and up-selling products through customer chat interactions to achieve commission targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in E-commerce Customer Service, E-commerce Sales, or a similar role.
- Platform Mastery: Highly familiar with operating E-commerce dashboards and Seller Centers (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Language Skills: Good proficiency in English is a MUST to be able to handle international customers.
- Availability: Highly flexible and prepared to be placed on night shifts and weekend schedules to cover peak E-commerce hours and international time zones.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: Target-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based performance structure.
