We're Hiring: Ecommerce Coordinator (Hospitality)
📍Location: Kerobokan, Bali (Onsite)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Ecommerce Coordinator** to manage multiple hospitality properties, optimize online sales performance, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize hotel & villa listings across OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, Traveloka, Tiket.com, etc.).
- Update rates, availability, promotions, restrictions, and room inventory through Channel Manager.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking trends to maximize revenue.
- Ensure rate parity and content accuracy across all online distribution channels.
- Coordinate with property teams regarding pricing strategies, availability, and promotions.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and OTA performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Handle mapping, connectivity, and OTA-related issues.
- Maintain property content including descriptions, photos, facilities, and policies.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Reservation, and Business Development teams to improve online performance.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel E-commerce, Revenue, Reservation, or OTA Management.
- Strong understanding of OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and PMS.
- Experience handling multiple hotel or villa properties is preferred.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to communicate in English (written & spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
