About the role
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Admin to join our dynamic team at PT GUANGWEI INDONESIA'. In this full-time, office-based role in PIK, North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our online sales channels and supporting our eCommerce strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain our various eCommerce platforms, including updating product listings, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to help optimize our online sales performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective online campaigns and promotions
- Ensure all eCommerce operations adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the wider sales and customer service teams as needed
- Oversee daily store operations to maintain seamless workflow.
- Arrange shipping of product samples as needed.
- Print and manage order receipts and related documentation.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in eCommerce administration or online retail operations
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, online sales processes, and customer service best practices
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Able to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently.
