Job description for EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (ECE) TEACHER / ASSISTANT TEACHER at SUSI Environmental School Pangandaran

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or Psychology.
Language: Fluent/proficient in English.
Curriculum Knowledge: Familiar with and experienced in Nature based, Montessori, Waldorf, and International Baccalaureate (IB) approaches.
Core Skills: Warm, approachable, and highly skilled in child handling and development.
Mindset: Adaptable, ready to embrace a nature-based teaching environment, collaborative, and dedicated to building a new school from the ground up.
Able to play musical instruments.
Preferably single (not married).
Willing to conduct a micro-teaching session upon passing the online interview.
