Job description for E - Learning Developer Intern at Look Media
Responsibilities:
- Create content outlines, storyboards, and detailed learning scripts for interactive modules, animation videos, and video shoots.
- Design end-to-end learning flow, including course structure, objectives, and user journey.
- Develop engaging and interactive learning modules and quizzes.
- Design and build content using Articulate Storyline 3 (preferably Adobe Animate).
- Apply instructional design principles and ensure compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and animators to produce effective and visually appealing learning materials.
- Revise and enhance modules based on feedback and learning analytics.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field.
- Familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) concepts.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Docs and Google Slides).
- Proficient in Adobe Animate & Articulate Storyline 3.
- Understands instructional design principles and SCORM/xAPI settings.
- Basic experience in creating content outlines, storyboards, or learning content is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, user-focused, and able to deliver high-quality interactive content.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communicative, ability to structure content clearly, team-oriented, and open to collaboration.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period and work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
