Job description for E-Learning Developer (Full Time) at Look Media
Responsibilities:
- Analyze learning needs, project objectives, target audiences, and relevant subject matter to define learning strategies and content direction.
- Design learning flows, course structures, and user journeys; develop content outlines, storyboards, and detailed learning scripts for interactive modules and animation videos.
- Develop engaging interactive e-learning modules, quizzes, and multimedia learning materials using Articulate Storyline 3.
- Implement and configure SCORM/xAPI standards to ensure LMS compatibility, learning progress tracking, and proper course functionality.
- Collaborate with SME, project teams, and clients to review, test, and improve learning content based on feedback, quality standards, and learning objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related field.
- Familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) concepts and proficient in Google Workspace.
- Proficient in Articulate Storyline 3.
- Familiar with SCORM/xAPI standards, LMS integration, and digital learning content development; experience creating storyboards and interactive modules is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month full-time contract and work in a hybrid arrangement (on-site and remote).
