REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
- Min. 2–5 years of experience managing E-commerce platforms
- Mandatory experience in Skin Care, Cosmetics (Make Up), or Personal Care categories
- Min. 2 years of experience leading Customer Service and Operations teams
- Strong understanding of E-commerce marketing, ads optimization, campaign management, and affiliate marketing
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage end-to-end operations across marketplacess (Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Tokopedia, Others)
- Drive Sales Growth
