Job description for E-Commerce Supervisor at PT Kitty Mom Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms.
- Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
- Prepare creative brief materials for all marketplaces, including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media contents, and/or marketing materials.
- Maintaining relationships with company's manager to evaluate store’s current performance, plan for future strategies, inform about any updated regulations, and act as an intermediary between the marketplace and the company.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for evaluating store’s performance and work closely with the marketing team for quarterly marketing plans.
- Responsible for overseeing live host operations and managing any violations incurred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in Ecommerce/Digital/Online Marketing and skills in e-commerce platform operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of marketplace marketing strategies, specifically in marketplace ads, SEO, and copywriting.
- Proficient in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Online Marketing.
- Expertise in handling brand campaigns, including marketing, ads, competitive strategy, consumer research, trend analysis, and best practices in e-commerce platforms.
- Digital savvy with strong data and analytical skills.
- Creative problem solver and good collaborator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets is a must.
