Job description for E-Commerce Supervisor at Jason Entertainment Indonesia
Jason Entertainment Indonesia is the Indonesian branch of JASON TOYS, an IP-based collectible toy and merchandise brand founded in China. We are a distribution and promotion company specializing in character merchandise, trading cards, and collectible toys. To support our growing e-commerce and livestream business, we are looking for an E-Commerce Supervisor to drive sales performance and manage marketplace operations. This role will be based at Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including product listing, order processing, and inventory synchronization across platforms.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and campaign details are accurate and optimized for conversion.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, ROAS, ROI, conversion rate, and profit margin).
- Develop and execute sales strategies across marketplace platforms.
- Plan and manage promotional activities, including flash sales and platform campaigns.
- Drive traffic to livestream sessions through platform features and paid promotion strategies (e.g. boosting, ads, campaign tools).
- Plan and oversee livestream operations, including scheduling, campaign alignment, and execution.
- Manage and oversee livestream hosts and operators to ensure effective execution and sales performance.
- Direct and coordinate livestream activities, including host briefing, flow planning, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor livestream performance and optimize strategies to improve viewer engagement, conversion, and GMV.
- Optimize e-commerce performance, including product visibility, pricing strategy, promotions, and conversion rate.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to align campaign calendars and maximize exposure.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Oversee and support e-commerce fulfillment operations, including packing and order processing, to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and develop the e-commerce team to achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, toys, or distribution industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Familiar with performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CTR, CAC, and profit margin.
- Experience in managing livestream operations and performance-driven campaigns is required.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial mindset.
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Willing to work 6 days per week with a shift-based schedule (including weekends as required) (WFO).
- Comfortable working in a growing company environment with dynamic processes and evolving workflows.
- Willing to be hands-on in supporting fulfillment activities as part of a growing operational setup.
