Job Description
- Monitor daily store and SKU performance, including GMV, conversion rate, traffic, and stock availability, to identify performance changes and potential sales risks.
- Manage marketplace campaign participation, flash sales, and promotional programs in line with sales targets and business priorities.
- Manage promotions, pricing, and product bundling to improve conversion rates and support sales objectives.
- Determine SKU priorities for ads, live streaming, and affiliate activities based on sales potential and business impact.
- Identify winning products, slow-moving products, demand trends, and stock-out risks to support sales and inventory decisions.
- Coordinate with Ads, Live Streaming, Affiliate, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective execution of daily sales activities.
- Ensure store readiness before sales campaigns or promotional activities, including stock availability, pricing, promotions, and product content.
- Prepare accurate e-commerce performance reports and actionable insights to support sales optimization and scaling strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, particularly Shopee and TikTok Shop. Experience in the beauty, fragrance, women's or men's care industry is preferred.
- Understand marketplace operations, including traffic sources, product rankings, campaign mechanisms, and marketplace promotionsAble to monitor and analyze daily sales performance, including GMV, conversion rate, traffic, average order value (AOV), and stock availability.
- Understand how marketplace ads, live streaming, affiliate activities, and customer service contribute to overall sales performance.
- Have a good understanding of promotional strategies, pricing, bundling, and SKU prioritization to support sales targets.
- Able to identify sales trends, demand patterns, winning products, slow-moving products, and potential stock-out risks.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on sales impact and business objectives.
- Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of daily e-commerce activities.
