Job Description:
- Plan and execute impactful e-commerce and marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand growth.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate creative assets, media plans, and campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize website performance and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience managing at least two marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Zalora, Blibli, or Shopify).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
