As an E-Commerce Manager at PT Baitube Media Sea, you will be responsible for managing and developing online sales strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to optimize sales and brand presence.
Manage store operations, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns and maximize product visibility.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service experience.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and implement best practices.
Collaborate with the Live Commerce Team to enhance live shopping experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and affiliate marketing.
Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance tracking.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
