Job description for E-Commerce Specialist at Delifru Flavour Expert

Jobdesc:

Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan performa akun di berbagai platform e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dll).
Memastikan kelengkapan data produk (judul, foto, harga, varian, deskripsi, dan stok) selalu akurat dan sesuai standar brand.
Merencanakan dan menjalankan strategi promosi, campaign, ads dan aktivitas marketing lainnya untuk mendorong penjualan.
Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing dalam penempatan banner, konten promosi toko, dan media pendukung.
Melakukan analisis KPI e-commerce seperti traffic, conversion rate, GMV, growth, dan customer behavior.
Membuat laporan performa mingguan dan bulanan serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi berdasarkan data.
Melakukan keyword optimization, A/B testing konten, dan improvisasi tampilan product page untuk meningkatkan visibilitas produk.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim Customer Service untuk memastikan pelayanan responsif dan profesional.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Manajemen, Pemasaran, Bisnis, Komunikasi, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman kerja 1 - 3 tahun di bidang e-commerce, digital marketing, atau penjualan online.
Berpengalaman dalam mengelola akun marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dan/atau website e-commerce.
Memahami strategi pricing, optimasi listing produk, serta algoritma marketplace.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets untuk pengolahan data dan analisis performa.
