Job Requirements

- Experience managing TikTok Shop.
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate programs.
- Good understanding of TikTok Shop operations, promotions, and SEO.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Familiar with TikTok Ads and affiliate marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Job Responsibilities - Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop.
- Plan and execute promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and campaigns.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and visuals.
- Manage and coordinate KOL and affiliate marketing programs.
- Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and optimize overall store performance.
