E-Commerce Specialist OE – Bangka Office
OE is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and help grow OE’s online business through website, Tokopedia, and Shopee.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, communicative, and able to create growth strategies for e-commerce channels.
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age under 30 years old
• Minimum education D3 / S1
• Minimum 2 years experience handling e-commerce for a brand
• Experienced in managing website, Tokopedia, and Shopee is preferred
• Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
• Able to analyze sales performance, campaign performance, and ROI
• Has experience or understanding in working with affiliates / affiliators
• Able to calculate business plans for e-commerce investment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive
• Willing to be placed at OE Flagship Store Kemang, Jakarta Selatan
Job Descriptions:
• Initiate and execute programs to grow OE’s e-commerce channels
• Manage and optimize OE’s online sales channels, including website, Tokopedia, and Shopee
• Analyze sales performance, campaign results, traffic, conversion, and customer behavior
• Calculate ROI for every e-commerce investment, including ads, campaigns, promotions, and affiliate programs
• Build and maintain coordination with affiliators to support OE product promotion
• Work together with e-commerce partners to increase OE sales and brand visibility
• Ensure product stock, pricing, promotion, and visuals are updated and synchronized across all e-commerce channels
• Coordinate with inventory, marketing, content, and sales team to support e-commerce performance
• Monitor competitor activity, marketplace trends, and potential growth opportunities
• Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and improvement plans
• Ensure all e-commerce activities align with OE’s brand image and business target
