Job description for E-commerce Specialist at PT Omid Health Style

E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Location: Cakung, East Jakarta (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketplace accounts (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli), including product uploads, content optimization, and promotional activities.
Respond to customer messages and process orders received through marketplace platforms.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic and sales.
Analyze sales performance, campaign results, and market trends to support business decision-making.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Manage marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, etc.) and optimize product SEO to maximize visibility in search results.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketplace management and basic SEO principles.
Experience with Marketplace Ads is a plus.
Active English communication skills are a plus.
Strong data analysis skills and results-oriented mindset.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
