Job description for E-commerce Specialist at PT. Ledvance Trading Indonesia
What You Will Do
• Manage monthly content plan for all social media platform of LEDVANCE Indonesia.
• Manage and evaluate e-commerce vendor performance, including listings, fulfillment, and marketplace ads
• Act as the main PIC between LEDVANCE and vendors for campaigns, operations, and escalations
• Ensure all product listings follow LEDVANCE & OSRAM brand standards
• Manage relationships with digital resellers and monitor stock, pricing, and brand visibility
• Drive sales growth through promotions, bundling, and reseller programs
• Monitor pricing activities to maintain brand value in digital marketplaces
• Run and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and Google Ads campaigns
• Analyze campaign and marketplace performance data and provide actionable insights
• Prepare regular reports on sales, ads, and overall digital performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to support digital business growth
What We Are Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
• Experience managing or coordinating digital vendors/agencies from the client side
• Good understanding of marketplace operations and Indonesia’s e-commerce ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Familiar with tracking tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
• Comfortable working with GMV, ROAS, and performance-driven targets
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple projects
• Experience with TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, or reseller management is a plus
• Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) is an advantage
• English communication skills for collaboration with regional/international teams
