Job description for E-commerce Specialist at CV Asanka Wijaya - TONE
- Degree in marketing management, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred
- You have prior experience in a similar role. Experience within e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management is a plus.
- You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.) and effective project management skills to oversee multiple aspects of e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- The ability to adapt to changing e-commerce trends and technologies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide excellent customer support.
- Good leadership qualities.
