Job description for E-Commerce Specialist at PT. Aroma Prima Livindo
Job describtion :
- Managing live chat inquiries, addressing order status questions, resolving complaints, and processing returns/refunds.
- Operational flexibility to support high-volume sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Payday Sales, or live streaming bursts),
- Validate and process incoming customer orders in real time.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse/logistics teams for accurate packing, tracking generation, and timely dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels across platforms to avoid stock-outs, especially for hero items and campaign periods.
- Decorate online store storefronts (banners, featured collections) to reflect seasonal campaigns, new product launches, or rebranded aesthetics.
- Validate and process incoming customer orders in real time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree all major, min 1 to 3 years of experience handling e commerce (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc)
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for daily sales reconciliations, stock tracking, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience managing store back-ends across major platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or Shopify.
- Flexible / availables for shifts (weekend) during promotional campaign peak day.
- Good understanding of product variant setups, batch codes, manufacturing/expiry dates (critical for cosmetics safety), and regulatory compliance
- Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed at Greenlake City, Tangerang.
