Job description for E-commerce Specialist at F-COMMERCE INDONESIA
Job Description:
- Manage the daily operations and sales of the skincare & supplement brand across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia official stores, specially Shopee & TikTok
- Optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, prices) and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Plan and execute promotions, sales events, and register for platform activities to boost visibility and sales.
- Analyze store performance and sales data, providing regular reports and making adjustments to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and handle customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or Tokopedia stores.
- Strong knowledge of platform operations, including product listing, pricing, stock management, and seller center functions.
- Ability to independently manage the store's performance, optimize listings, and execute promotional campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, a team player, and the ability to build relationships with platform representatives.
- Passionate about e-commerce with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
