Job description for E-commerce Specialist at Superalink
We are looking for E-commerce Specialist who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our online sales channels, Shopee Singapore & Indonesia and Interpark. This position work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure effective performance and continuous growth across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage online stores on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Google Shopping.
- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, stock, and promotional campaigns.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Shopee Ads, Google Shopping Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Optimize product listings based on performance and market trends.
- Coordinate with operations, design, and marketing teams for content, campaigns, and promotions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide improvement recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in collaboration with the customer support team.
- Stay updated with platform policies and new features in the e-commerce ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Shopping, Shopee Ads, or Tokopedia TopAds.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Dashboards).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required for internal coordination and platform use.
- Target-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in documentation for data handling and reporting.
- Experience managing multiple marketplace platforms is a plus
