Job Description :
- Manage the product catalog, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for SEO.
- Plan and execute online visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
- Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with the brand's tone and style.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, traffic, and sales) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is optimized for mobile devices to cater to the growing mobile shopping trend.
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications :
- Female, 23 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in digital marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce specialist.
- The ability to adapt to changing e-commerce trends and technologies.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in product listings, pricing, and content.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide excellent customer support.
- Willing to work from office in Surabaya.
