Job description for E-Commerce Specialist at pop enjoy

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola dan mengoptimalkan performa penjualan di berbagai marketplace untuk meningkatkan omzet dan pertumbuhan bisnis.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola operasional toko di marketplace seperti Shopee dan TikTok Shop.
Mengoptimalkan tampilan produk, harga, deskripsi, stok, dan katalog produk.
Merencanakan dan menjalankan program promosi, campaign, serta voucher marketplace.
Memantau dan menganalisis performa penjualan serta campaign untuk meningkatkan omzet.
Mengevaluasi performa iklan berdasarkan metrik ROAS, CTR, CPC, dan Conversion Rate.
Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk meningkatkan traffic, konversi, dan penjualan marketplace.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang, marketing, dan customer service untuk memastikan operasional berjalan lancar.
Membuat laporan penjualan dan evaluasi performa marketplace secara berkala.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang e-commerce atau marketplace.
Memahami operasional marketplace seperti Shopee dan TikTok Shop.
Memahami strategi promosi, campaign marketplace, dan optimasi penjualan.
Mampu membaca dan menganalisis metrik ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, serta data penjualan.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets untuk pengolahan dan pelaporan data.
Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
Teliti, proaktif, berorientasi pada target, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
