Job description for E-Commerce Specialist at Sail Global
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to optimize marketplace performance, drive online sales, and strengthen our digital marketing strategy across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online stores across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and other marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, traffic, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, campaign participation, and store visibility.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, including major promotional events and platform-specific initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory availability, order fulfillment, product content, and customer experience.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and platform updates to improve marketplace positioning.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia.
- Proven ability to improve marketplace performance, increase sales, and optimize conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and marketplace performance metrics.
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising tools, promotional campaigns, and platform algorithms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
