Job description for E-commerce Specialist at PT. Kreasi Prominest Indonesia
Prominest is a premium ready-to-drink bird's nest brand focused on wellness and modern lifestyle. We are looking for a highly organized and growth-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across Tokopedia, Shopee, and other platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end operations of our online stores, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of our marketplace strategy.
What'll You Do
- Lead daily marketplace operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia — including order fulfillment, store health, chat performance, and rating management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies & marketing calendars (campaigns, seasonal sales, live shopping, vouchers, bundles) to hit monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Manage high-converting product listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, pricing, and creative assets — photos or videos).
- Coordinate inventory & logistics planning to prevent overselling, stockouts, delays, and to maintain efficient fulfillment.
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, AOV) to optimize SKU profitability and marketing spend.
- Partner with Creative and Marketing teams for ads, affiliates, and influencer campaigns, including discounting, ads allocation, voucher usage, platfrom cost control, and campaign forecasting.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, including competitor analysis, pricing strategy, trend monitoring, and new product opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or proven real world e-commerce tract record.
- Minimum 2 years in Indonesian marketplace management (FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, or Food preferred).
- Expert-level knowledge of marketplace algorithms, ad dashboards, and campaigns.
- Proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics/E-commerce) to turn insights into sales.
- Proven ability to plan and troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep experience with TikTok Shop Live and affiliate networks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
