Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist, KOL & Affiliate Specialist, Marketplace Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing KOL & Affiliate campaigns end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, relationship management, briefing, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing and growing Affiliate programs, particularly on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee.
- Strong experience managing E-Commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and/or Blibli.
- Proven ability to identify and build relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliates.
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce and campaign performance metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Traffic, Affiliate Sales, and overall Sales Performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to develop and execute strategies independently.

Job Description:
- Manage and develop KOL & Affiliate programs as a key driver of E-Commerce growth and sales.
- Identify, source, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliates.
- Manage KOL & Affiliate campaigns end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, sample distribution, campaign execution, content monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Develop strategies to recruit, activate, and maintain high-performing affiliates.
- Monitor and optimize KOL & Affiliate performance to maximize traffic, conversion, GMV, and sales.
- Manage and optimize daily E-Commerce operations and marketplace performance.
- Develop and execute E-Commerce marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Manage marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and campaign registration.
- Plan, manage, and optimize E-Commerce Ads to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, content, and product visibility across E-Commerce platforms.
- Analyze and report campaign and E-Commerce performance using key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Traffic, Affiliate Performance, and Sales.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to improve overall E-Commerce performance.
- Monitor competitors, marketplace trends, KOL trends, and consumer behavior.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and E-Commerce operations.
