Job description for E-Commerce Specialist at Pathway

Job Description

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and increase GMV.
Identify, recruit, and manage Affiliate Creators, KOLs, and Influencers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and brand partners.
Plan and manage affiliate and KOL campaigns, including product seeding and promotional activities.
Monitor creator performance, campaign results, and sales growth.
Analyze GMV, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize affiliate performance.
Prepare regular reports and develop strategies to improve affiliate sales.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, or KOL Management.
Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate.
Experienced in creator sourcing, recruitment, and partnership management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Target-oriented and proactive.
Available to join immediately (ASAP).
