Job description for E-Commerce Specialist at Kreasi Sejahtera Internasional
Role Description
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and continuous growth of Her Crown Story’s online sales channels. This role is crucial in turning marketing efforts into actual transactions by optimizing product visibility, campaign execution, and customer experience across marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and visuals
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketplace programs to boost sales
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates with regular reporting
- Optimize product visibility through keyword strategies, campaign participation, and promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse) to ensure stock readiness and smooth fulfillment
- Handle customer interactions, reviews, and ratings to maintain a strong customer experience
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop ecosystems
- Strong understanding of marketplace features (campaigns, ads, promotions, analytics)
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Willing to work full WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta
