Job description for E-Commerce Specialist (Digital Agency) at Social Bread

Job Description:

Become the main PIC for all e-commerce and marketplace-related projects across clients
Handle end-to-end marketplace operations, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee
Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ads to achieve sales and performance targets
Analyze marketplace performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
Coordinate with internal creative and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, and digital ads
Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and marketplace ads platform
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaign strategy, and sales performance metrics
Good communication and client handling skills
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
