Job Description:
Responsible for managing and driving the daily operations of the company's Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of the online stores, and boosting sales performance through various marketing strategies. This position requires excellent communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a spirit of teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the stores on Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, and other e-commerce platforms, including product listing, price adjustments, and promotional activities.
- Responsible for updating and optimizing store content, striving to increase product exposure and enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales data on various e-commerce platforms, develop and execute effective marketing plans, including video marketing.
- Strengthen cooperation with various e-commerce platforms, familiarize with platform rules, and ensure business compliance.
- Participate in team discussions, provide improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize operational processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred.
- Have relevant work experience in operating on Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, and other e-commerce platforms, familiar with platform operations and rules.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and techniques, especially in video marketing, able to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
- Passionate about the e-commerce industry, possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate various resources.
- Have data analysis capabilities, able to think independently and solve problems.
- Proficient in spoken and written English communication.
