Job description for E-Commerce Operations Specialist at PT HARTANTO WORLD PROJECT
3Not a traditional IT, network, or helpdesk support role.
We need a specialist to own our Shopify and Retail POS operations. You will keep our tech stack connected, automate manual tasks, resolve daily system issues, and ensure order and inventory data flow accurately between our online storefront and physical store.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain daily operations and data sync across Shopify, POS, payment platforms, and active apps.
2. Build automated workflows using Shopify Flow, Zapier, or Make to remove manual effort.
3. Test and roll out new Shopify apps, payment methods, and channel integrations.
4. Map order and inventory processes across online and retail store operations.
5. Work with external developers to translate business requirements into technical updates.
6. Write clear system documentation and train internal teams on operational workflows.
7. Track inventory discrepancies, order routing issues, and build basic sales reports.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience managing Shopify Admin, app ecosystems, and retail POS in fashion or lifestyle retail.
2. Practical knowledge of automation tools like Shopify Flow, Zapier, or Make.
3. Strong grasp of omnichannel inventory movements, order fulfillment, and store operations.
4. Hands-on testing experience for new app rollouts and system updates.
5. Clear communication skills to guide internal teams and coordinate with external vendors.
