This role involves comprehensive management of online store operations, including planning, promotion, sales, and customer service. The specialist will optimize product listings, execute promotional activities, analyze market data, and continuously improve the customer experience to achieve sales targets.
💼 Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including planning, promotion, sales, and after-sales service.
- Maintain and optimize store presence, product information, and description pages.
- Execute pricing, discount promotions, and conversion rate optimization.
- Plan and promote various online store activities to improve product exposure, click-through rate, page views, and conversion rate.
- Conduct background data analysis, competitor analysis, and market research to formulate sales and promotion plans.
- Engage in influencer outreach and build relationships across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Handle customer inquiries, sales, and customer service to meet monthly sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze operational data including marketing, transaction, product, and customer management.
- Identify customer needs and optimize customer experience through online shop decoration and content editing, proposing improvement plans.
- Register and maintain platform activities, manage applications, preparations, and track effects and data.
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 3 years of e-commerce operation experience
- Ability to operate stores independently
- Familiar with major platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia and their in-site promotion tools
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and aesthetic abilities
- Unique understanding of keywords, on-site and off-site promotion
- Excellent market judgment and marketing planning ability
- Teamwork spirit and leadership ability
- Cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and patience
- Outgoing personality, willing to communicate, clear thinking
- Strong learning ability and execution, innovative thinking, highly sensitive to the market
- Able to communicate in English
- Knowing Chinese is a plus
