Job Description:
As an E-Commerce Intern, you will learn and work along with EC Lead in daily administrative and analytical tasks related to our online sales channels.
Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Administration
- Check and review product performance, including product title, description, price, images, stock, and promotion details.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and consistent
- Support daily marketplace operations and administrative tasks.
2. Data Analysis Support
- Help collect and organize sales, traffic, product, and campaign data
- Assist in preparing basic reports for product performance, sales trends, and promotion results
- Help monitor marketplace performance and competitor activities
- Update product data across e-commerce platforms when needed
Requirements:
1. Student or fresh graduate from Business, Marketing, Management, Data, or related fields
2. Must have internship experience in a brand/company handling e-commerce operations,
or internship experience in an e-commerce company handling brand operations.
3. Interested in e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital business
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
5. Able to work with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
6. Basic analytical thinking is a plus
7. Familiarity with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or other marketplaces is preferred
8. Responsible and able to complete tasks on time.
