Job description for E-commerce Marketplace Coordinator at Inglot Cosmetics Indonesia (TH)
- Manage Brand e-commerce activity and sales
- Handle marketplace campaign activity
- Develop innovative promotion strategies to increase store traffic, optimize store sales, raise convertion rate, and improve customer experience in each platform
- Collect daily, weekly, monthly sales data
- Analyze and manage the spesific data, such as sales, promotion and inventory data
- Forecasting stock and ensure stock is always available for sale
- Coordinate with e-commerce internal & external team to make sure smooth operation
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
