General Responsibilities
Bertanggung jawab terhadap keseluruhan proses marketing secara online dan berfokus pada e-commerce.
Memastikan flow penjualan di e-commerce berjalan dengan lancer.
Job Description
-Report End Off Day
-Analisa, pengelolaan dan Submit Campaign
-Analisa, pengelolaan dan Submit Advertising
-Pembuatan Jadwal Live Streamer & Sesi Live
-Upload produk ke master system
-Analisa penjualan dari marketplace, live streamer, iklan, event, affiliate
-Report insentif dan reward live streamer
-Request Design dan Video Konten
-Forecasting dan requesting pemenuhan stok
-Melakukan visitasi dan koordinasi dengan RM
-Weekly Meeting dengan team live, team sales, team CS, team affiliate
-Middle report dan Monthly report dengan CEO
-Mengikuti event promosi
-Supervisi team dan membuat live stream strategy & sales report
Kualifikasi
-Usia 24 - 30 Tahun, KHUSUS WANITA SAJA. Kandidat laki-laki tidak akan diproses.
-WAJIB punya pengalaman sebagai E-Commerce Koordinator/Lead/SPV/Officer
-WAJIB memiliki pengetahuan tentang Market Place (TikTok & Shopee)
-WAJIB memiliki pengalaman mengatur Live Streamer
-Memahami Target GMV, ROAS, ROI, RM dll
-Bersedia bekerja WFO di Bogor
