Job description for E-commerce Marketing at Pt Triniti Tunggal Abadi
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce accounts.
- Planning monthly target for each marketplace and brand to achieve the target.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance, conversion rates, traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage online sales platforms and partnerships, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Monitor web analytics, analyze KPIs and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth and maximize conversion.
- Analyze traffic and user behaviors with insights to improve conversion.
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in online sales in the beauty, personal care or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
- Proficiency in managing online sales platforms and understanding current marketplace trends. (experience in managing Tiktok account is a plus;)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to market and technological changes.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate online sales performance and devise improvement strategies.
- Ability to coordinate online sales teams to achieve set sales targets.
- Creativity in designing and executing online marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive sales.
- Experience in working on retailer affiliate programs and managing integration, tracking and optimization across all media and marketing activities
